Inventory 

Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our retail store location, and subject to availability. We work hard to keep our inventory updated and accurate, but if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated through our online store.

• Processing time for shipping is 2-3 business days.

• We also offer free in-store pickup.

Online Return Policy

We are happy to issue a refund or exchange for any full price item, returned with tags attached within 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days all sales are final. All returns must be approved by Mes Amies. Before shipping please email info@mesamies.com for a Return Authorization. Items must ship within two days of return authorization. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing or damaged packages. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you return an order, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

In-Store Return Policy

In-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days. 
Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and with a copy of your receipt. 
Store credit will only be issued for full priced items. All discounted items are final sale.

Non-Returnable Items:

• All sales on discounted sale merchandise are final. 

• We do not accept returns on undergarments, books, candles, body products, beauty or apothecary items.
